Overview

This policy applies to casual bookings of hot desks and meeting rooms at The Balance Project. By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.

 

Cancellations

More than 24 hours' notice

If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, we'll arrange a complimentary follow-up booking of equivalent value. Simply get in touch with us to reschedule.

 

Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and no follow-up credit is offered. We recommend cancelling as early as possible so the space can be made available to others.

 

How to cancel

You can cancel a booking through your account dashboard under My Bookings, or by emailing us at hello@balanceproject.co.nz.

 

Memberships (Perch & Nest)

Cancellation terms for Perch desk and Nest office memberships are governed by your individual lease agreement. Please refer to your agreement or contact us if you have questions.
